Following an analysis of the training needs of borough businesses, the CDEC CDN/NDG is organising a pilot project, to combine group training followed by personalized follow-up and/or coaching according to the needs of the client.

A working committee was created in June 2003 in collaboration with Emploi-Québec to conduct a survey of businesses receiving our services as well as to identify potential trainers and prepare initial course offerings.

The goal of this pilot project is to encourage the development of expertise in the borough. The initiative is intended to assure the sustainability of jobs created and contribute to the development of businesses in the borough.
